Hotel Penwig offers a lovely getaway in New Quay, right on the beachfront with stunning views of Cardigan Bay-ideal for both relaxation and landscape photography! My room, with its three expansive windows, provided the perfect perch to capture the vibrant scenery and perhaps spot a dolphin or two. The warm welcome from Stuart and Mandy made us feel instantly at home, and though there was a hiccup with the kitchen being closed due to a fire, we discovered delightful local alternatives, especially the fresh pasties that were simply superb! The breakfasts served were hearty, featuring warm, crispy baguettes that paired beautifully with the stunning sea views-perfect fuel for our explorations of Dolau Beach. If you're seeking friendly, attentive staff and comfortable amenities in a spectacular location, Hotel Penwig is definitely a place I'd love to revisit. Can't wait for another photography adventure with friends by my side!
